1. Introduction

Welcome to BeadMod. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and software service (the "Service"). BeadMod is a service provided by MIKHAZ, a company registered in Beirut, Lebanon.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to design, create, and visualize jewelry items such as bracelets, looms, necklaces, and rings ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you create using the Service.

Disclaimer: MIKHAZ and BeadMod are not responsible for any Content created by users. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to create Content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms, but we have no obligation to monitor user-generated Content.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MIKHAZ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, MIKHAZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

System Errors: While we strive to provide a reliable service, errors, bugs, or interruptions may occur. You agree that MIKHAZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, or from any errors or malfunctions in the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or MIKHAZ cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting MIKHAZ customer support team.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MIKHAZ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Lebanon and foreign countries.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
