2. Try Before You Subscribe

BeadMod offers a free tier that allows you to explore and experience our platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to take full advantage of this free offering to:

  • Explore the interface and design tools
  • Create and save patterns
  • Test the 3D visualization features
  • Evaluate whether BeadMod meets your needs

This approach ensures that you can make an informed decision about upgrading to a paid plan, having already experienced what BeadMod has to offer.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital subscription service and the availability of our free tier, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused subscription time
  • Feature dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind

We believe this policy is fair because:

  • Our free tier provides ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before purchasing
  • You have full access to test core features before any financial commitment
  • Digital services cannot be "returned" once accessed

4. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription:

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Access Until End of Period: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • Data Retention: Your designs and projects remain accessible, though some features may become limited based on free tier restrictions.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion for situations such as:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Technical Issues: If a significant technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was charged without your authorization due to fraudulent activity.

To request a review of exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@beadmod.com with details of your situation.

6. Plan Changes

If you wish to change your subscription plan:

  • Upgrading: When upgrading to a higher tier, the price difference will be prorated for your current billing period.
  • Downgrading: When downgrading to a lower tier, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the current period.

7. Free Trial Conversions

If you signed up for a free trial that converts to a paid subscription:

  • You will be notified before your trial ends
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription
  • Once charged, the no-refund policy applies

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your billing, please contact us at support@beadmod.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
